yah it was ugly your son wants me to address you as thayer's dad and he gave me a lot of shit for busting so fast and that everyone else had team play to worry about and I sucked and he had to play vs teams.10/26/07

that was a wild one last night with the bear heads up.......that ace on the river to keep that guy in was, again, completely ridiculous, that guy was dead..........also, i'm probably being slow, but "your son wants me to address you as thayer's dad" means what? as opposed to addressing me how? my first name? my ridiculous poker name?10/26/07

So Young with so much to learn. You Have K K, he reraised preflop. You proceeded to call on the flop with an ace on the board. When you get older and have a better understanding of this game you will realize that K K is no good on an ace high board a large percentage of the time. If you have K K, what could he be reraising with there? A A or A K, both hands have you beat on the river. What else would he have called your raise on the turn with? So lets recap...he reraised preflop, bet the flop, called your raise on the turn. What else could he have but A A or A K? Considering you have K K. Oh....to be so young and so innocent.10/29/07

Ok, so I miss the first couple of hands of the tournament but whatever, we're starting with 10k and 50/100 blinds.I sit down and my first hand tmay opens UTG for 250. I'm UTG + 1 with K

so I call. It's folded to Theo Tran in the cut-off who bumps it another 600. Folds back to me, I call.Flop is A

7. I check. He bets 750. I call.Turn is a K
...nice...but puts another flush draw on the board. I check and he bets 1350. I check-raise to 3500. He calls.River is A
. I shove and he asks me "You all in?" Uh, yeah. "Ok, I call." and shows quad aces. Go, team.*EDIT* In a sick twist, on the very next hand, tmay got it all-in pre-flop with KK v AA and busted.
