I have had several friends/associates ask me about backing me and i was hoping to get some feedback/advice/suggestions on a biz plan that I can put together to bring to potential investors.

I am thinking that $25K is all I would need to start, as that would give me a minimum of 5-10 buy-ins depending on the entry fees.

I am hoping one/some of you have been down this road and have some solid guidelines as to a fair and equitable deal structure.
