200/400 PLO and gun shy

I played a bit of 200/400 PLO today and won 40k in my morning session and 13k in my evening one. I played two short sessions and quit after 30min both times. I felt like I wasn't playing my best and wasn't as focused as I should be. I think my
last session where I dropped 250k in 300 hands had an effect on me. I usually don't get bothered by losses but for some reason today I just couldn't manage to play even though games are great.

The last couple of days have been great for me winning alot. I have done very well and am up about 100k which helps since that 250k downswing. Here are some of the hands over the past few days. ...
