Having had a very social WSOP and summer around Las Vegas I’ve been able to hear a few incredible stories within the poker world, so today I’d like to take a little break from telling my own to relate one of the best I’ve heard so far. The
story belongs to poker publicist Laura Miller, who during our original meeting at my BBQ and pool party I could swear hated me when she said “Hey, hey you’re that guy whose all ‘Put your number in my phone!’ Hahaha that would never work on
me!” Then she glanced at the collarless dress shirt I was wearing and mockingly asked “Why are you wearing a tunic?” I have since gotten to know Laura quite a bit better (platonically) and now realize she just has a challenging sense of humor ...
