Brutal Day!

I just had a brutal day in PLO. I played 2400 hands and lost 110k. I think I played well but after a certain point you sometimes don't know. Its really frustrating when you feel you play well and just get crushed. I know this is PLO and I have
had days similar in the past and always bounce back. It just shows the insane variance that I could run at -62bb/100 over this sample and be up around 9 bb/100 on the year.

I think one thing I have really improved is my game slection this year. I have been really diligent about not playing in terrible games. I still play in some games that aren't amazing. Today there were some amazing games, against some people I ...
