There are a lot of locals that play here. A lot of people think that this makes the games tough to beat, but in reality I think these games are pretty soft.

The tables are not the newest, but they have been recently re-covered and they're decent. The chairs are average. What I like is that there is plenty of space between the tables.

The dealers are better than average for the most part. Some are very good, a few are below average. One guy shakes all the time and is extremely nervous. I think he might have a drug problem. If not he has a nervous disorder. Some of the dealers are inattentive, but generally they are pretty good.

I think the drink service is a little better than average, but not the best. They have Heineken which is my beer of choice while playing poker. The waitresses are slightly better looking than average, as a whole.

This room is one of the best run rooms I've been at, as far as speed of getting a seat. The table management is excellent. Its a big room and I almost always have played 1/2 nl here. I rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes and its usually less than 5 minutes.

I think the editor's comment of $1.25/hr is correct. This is better than most I think.
