Try writing out by hand rather than typing. It makes you go slow, but that's good in some sense, since you think more about what you're writing. You can also trying using a voice recorder, though I think writing by hand is better.

Beyond that, understand that this type of writing will not get easier, at least not significantly. It will never just flow. I suggest reading interviews with good writers, because they pretty much always say the same thing: they sit in front of a computer, or typewriter, or whatever, for 8 hours a day or however long it takes to do x amount, and force themselves to write. They may enjoy writing, they may feel like they need to do it, but they still have to force themselves. There are some good interviews with DeLillo, Eco, Kundera, etc., which I would recommend. Fiction writers, but might still be helpful.
