  Our quick thoughts
The iPoker network of poker sites does not accept US players.

Players looking to branch out from the bigger sites should consider giving Titan Poker (part of the iPoker/PlayTech network) a serious look. The software includes all the features better players want--flop %s in the lobby, detailed session stats, real-time hand histories, player search, visible bet and pot amounts. Activity on the site is limited (it's a smaller network), but there's enough lower limit NL and SnG action to satisify all but the serious multi-tabler. If MTTs are your thing, you'll like the regular low buy-in events; there's also a $1K freeroll for anyone who plays the $10K or $15K gtd events--it's sort of a consolation event. We found the play on the tables to be anything but tough; the guy hitting his K4 suited will bum you out, but you'll eventually relieve him of his stack. Note: manage your bonus expectations; Titan's bonus takes forever to clear. Fortunately, the soft games more than make up for the stingy bonus policy.

Ring game play clears bonus? yes
You'll need 100 Titan "stars" to clear $1 of bonus money. You'll receive 4 stars for a raked hand with $1 of rake (figure a $2/$4 game has a $20 avg pot and will generate $1 of rake); 100/4 = 25 raked hands should clear $1 of bonus money. You're considered to have participated in the hand as long as you were dealt cards. Given Titan's "no flop, no drop" rake policy, you'll see roughly 40 raked hands/hour in a $2/$4 game which would generate about 160 stars. Bringing it all together, $100 of bonus money would require 10,000 stars, 2500 rake hands or about 62 hours of play. Clearance time in a $1/$2 game will be roughly twice that of $2/$4.
Tournament play clears bonus? yes
You'll need 100 stars to clear $1 of bonus money, and you'll receive 20 Titan "stars" for each $1 of tournament fees you pony up. Therefore, $5 of tournament fees you pay clears $1 of bonus. To clear $100 of bonus money, you'll need to pay $500 of tournament fees (250 $20 STTs). You'll receive a weekly email statement (Sun) of their bonus account.

  What we liked
- The games and sit n gos are as soft as your first pillow
- The big gtd MTTs ($100k+ gtd) usually offer overlays of 30%+
- Flop%s from the lobby, detailed session stats, real-time hand histories, bet and pot amounts
- Detailed tournament lobbies with complete blind structure info for both MTTs and SnGs
- Excellent chat, hand recap window and one of the nicer HH reviewers we've seen
- Responsive and knowledgeable online help
- Attention degenerates: you can play blackjack or video poker while waiting for hands to be dealt
  What we didn't like
- It's a smaller site/network; off-peak traffic is light
- The bonus is tough to clear; play for the soft games, not the bonus
- The smaller gtd MTTs draw enough entrants to cover the prize pool; there's rarely an overlay
- You can't retrieve hand histories from prior sessions
- Titan offers Omaha, but we never saw more than 10 Omaha players online
- The graphics are about a sharp as your first Nintendo
Why you should play the site
- The soft games and tourneys will boost your NETeller balance
- Attractive, intuitive software with all the right features
- $1000 depositors freeroll open to any depositor (or re-depositor!)
- Hourly, low buy-in NL tournaments
- Jackpot prizes for players that win multiple consecutive sit n gos
- Private tables and tournaments
  For the ring game player
- You can always find limit and NL games with 50+% of the players seeing the flop
- If you play $2/$4 and above, the bonus clears relatively quickly
- Titan offers 6, 8 and 10-handed and turbo tables
- iPoker/PlayTech sites are supported by PokerTracker
  For the tournament player
- There's a $1K freeroll for anyone who enters the $10K and $15K gtd events
- Tournament entry fees count toward clearing bonuses
- The MTT and SnG lobby info windows are among the best we've seen
- Regular SnGs have 7-minute levels; turbos have 4-minute levels
- There's a number of hourly NL tournaments, many of which have guaranteed prize pools
- There are several "jackpot" SnGs where winners of 5 or 6 consecutive SnGs win jackpot prizes
- There's a $1000 freeroll for new depositors
  For the value player
- Keep an eye out for the larger MTTs ($100k gtd and up); they almost always offer big overlays
- Every depositor gets a ticket to the $1000 freeroll; it offers an overlay of about $2
- Minimum deposit is $20 (NETeller)
  Insider tips
- Titan offers one of the widest ranges of deposit options we've seen
- Select the side chat option; it provides a nice recap of play
- Choose the option to have the "All-in" button turned off; you can still move all-in manually, but you'll avoid making an expensive mistake

  Software review
The iPoker (aka Playtech) software is fast and stable with a lobby that includes all the info needed for good game selection--flop %s, avg pot, waiting lists, player search, etc. At the table, action is easy to follow with bet and pot amounts clearly visible and intuitive betting buttons. You have access to detailed session stats and one of the nicest HH reviewers we've seen; unfortunately, hand histories are not saved past the current session. Note: HHs include mucked hands. The player chat box can be expanded and placed to the right of the table giving a nice action recap. You can select their playing image from a stock set of images, but you can't use an outside photo or image. iPoker also offers a table-resizing feature for multi-tablers (it's kind of like Party's), but oddly, iPoker doesn't offer a 4-color deck option. Overall, we like this software...a lot. If Titan ever upgraded their graphics, this would be one of our favorites.
  Hand histories
Hand histories are available for real-time review from the table via one of the nicest HH reviewers we've seen. Mucked hands appear in the histories. Unfortunately, they appear to be available for the current session only and are not saved to your hard drive. iPoker (aka PlayTech) sites are supported by PokerTracker.
